He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Cooper Tillitt and Samuel Edward Tillitt, Jr.; his son Christopher Tillitt; and his sister Susan McHale. He is survived by: his wife Marie Tillitt; his sons, William "Billy" Tillitt (Sheila) and Jeffrey "Jeff" Tillitt (Kristen Morse); his stepchildren, Tina Wilson, Jeramy Wilson (Lindsay) and Jamie Wilson; his grandchildren, Tyler, Cameron, Haley, Summer Tillitt, Keegan, Kristin, Kylan, Kathryn, Jeramy Gavin, Trenton and Luke Wilson; his great grandchildren, Kaden and Charlotte Marie; and his sister Mildred Anne Davlin.
