He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stephen and Grace E. Regl Jr. (Kromm); his wife Nancy B. Regl (Bordeau); his brother Robert Regl; and his daughter Donna Lee Regl.
While residing in Wake Forest, Stephen was a member of the Senior Memory Makers Group at Wake Forest United Baptist Church before the coronavirus pandemic.
