She was predeceased by: her parent Norman Smith Blevins; and her husband Freddie O'Neal. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Blevins of Raleigh, Ricky O'Neal of Wake Forest, Teddy O'Neal (Melissa) of Knightdale and Joy Barham of Wake Forest; her mother Eleanor Arnett Blevins of Raleigh; her sister Tammy Stallings (Travis) of Zebulon; and her close friend Jerry Pleasants. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
