He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Brogden Haley and N. C. Haley; and his wife Leola Scarborough Haley. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Kelly Haley of Wake Forest and Susan Anders (Bob) of Rolesville; and his great grandchildren, Kacie Mae, Katie Stallings, Kayla Stallings, Sean Anders, Kamie Aquino and Stephanie Kittrell.
