It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Jeffrey O'Neil (Wake Forest, North Carolina), born in Raleigh, North Carolina, who passed away on January 5, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Angie Jones of Smithfield, Cindy O'Neil of Wake Forest and Donald Wayne O'Neil of Wake Forest; and his stepfather Sonny Pierce of Raleigh. He was also cherished by cousins, nieces, nephews and lots of great friends.
