It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gay Nell Whiteheart of Walkertown, North Carolina, who passed away on March 23, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Moyer Garfield Aaron and Jane Elizabeth "Betsy" Maurer; her husband Garry Steven "Steve" Whiteheart; and her siblings, Garland Aaron, Mike Aaron, Gloria Jean Triplett and Terri Childress.
She is survived by: her children, Scotty, Jeff (Lori), Garry (Kelly) and Rebecca Vanderford (Brian); her grandchildren, Kimberly (Chip), Matthew (Melissa), Andrew (Heather), Jacob, Nathan, Trent, Grayson, Mollie, Jonathan and Abigail; her siblings, Sue Ann Vandiver and William Aaron (Lisa); her sisters-in-law, Judy Fulp, Joyce Vanderlinden (Steve), Claudine Whiteheart and Sue Whiteheart; and her friend Joanna Smith. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
