He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Silver and Nancy Silver; and his children, Phillip Silver (Venessa) of Warren County, NC and Vanessa Johnston (Eric) of Flintstone. He is survived by: his spouse Alease "Evans" Silver; and his children, Carolyn Trumble (John), Arthur Silver (Hazel) of College Park, Sheila Davis (late Terry) of Winterville, NC and Addie Silver Alexander (Brandon) of Gaithersburg. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren.
Due to Covid19 restrictions, a private graveside service will be held at the Haliwa-Saponi Tribal Cemetery. 23rd Psalm The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want.
