She was predeceased by : her parents, William Joseph Boyette and Jennie Mae Jones Boyette; her husband Doctor Benjamin; her son Kim Batchelor; and her siblings, Joe Boyette and Grace Peterson.

She is survived by : her sons, Benny Batchelor (Andrea) of Turkey, Tracy Batchelor of Clayton and Eric Batchelor (Andrea) of Clayton; her grandchildren, Benjamin Batchelor, Rachel B. Bostic (Corey Bostic), Anna Denton, Bradley Denton (Breanna) and Cody Batchelor; and her great grandchild Madalynn Bostic.

Due to COVID 19 and in an effort to protect family and friends, the family will not be accepting visitors at the home or gathering at anyone's home.
