She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Best and Hattie Hodges Best; and her siblings, Minnie Southerland, Mattie Faison, Lether Miller, Katherine Joyner, Rose Lewis, Elouise Palmer, Clarence Hodges and Tolon Hodges.
