He is survived by : his parents, Nelson Royal Drake, Sr. and Angela Monk Joyner; his son Royal JaQuil Drake; his siblings, Dasmine Joyner (Maishia), Brittany Sledge Drake and Whitley Sledge Drake; his aunts and uncles, Gregory Newkirk, Jeremiah Drake, William Monk, Henry Lee Drake, Michelle Drake, Kimberly Monk and Cloretha Drake; his close friend Kenya Lloyd; and the mother of his child Stephanee Simone Lewis. He is also survived by six nephews, one niece, four great uncles, ten great aunts.
