She was predeceased by : her parents, Flora Cowan Randolph and James Randolph; her siblings, Annie Ruth Williams, Robert Earl Randolph, Tracey Randolph and Leroy Randolph; her husbands, Jessie Smith, Sr. and Carl Waddell; and her children, Diana Smith and Marvin Smith.
She is survived by : her children, Reverend Jesse Smith (Debra), Collis Smith (Felicia), Joyce Evans and Valerie Johnson (Clyde); and her siblings, Margie Randolph, Shirley Cartwright (Tyrone), Rosa Moore, Angela Lane (Willie), David Randolph (Della), Arthur Randolph and Harold Randolph (Nida). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
