It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Walker Lynch of Washington, North Carolina, born in Creswell, North Carolina, who passed away on June 3, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harry Gambol Walker and Rena Hoyt Harding Walker; her husband Murray Bud Lynch, Jr.; her sister Marina Hoyt Walker; her daughter Marina Lynch Stevenson (Lindsay) of Elizabeth City; her grandchildren, Paul Stevenson, Will Stevenson, Daniel Stevenson, Rena Stevenson, Matt Batchelor (Hannah), Beth Batchelor Ciment (Connor), Keais Lynch, Katherine Lynch and Sarah Lynch; and her brother Harry Gambol Walker, Jr. of Raleigh.
