He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Isaiah Padgett and Gladys Christine Evans Padgett. He is survived by: his brothers, Johnnie Ray Padgett of Washington, Greg Clifford Padgett of Washington and Tony Rondel Padgett of Washington; his stepbrother John "Keith" Clark of Bath; and his stepdaughter Judy Flickinger.
