He is survived by: his wife Faye Hockaday Blackburn of Washington, NC; his daughters, Vonda Moore (Frankie) of Eastover, NC, Yvonne White (Joseph) of Sneads Ferry, NC, Lori Ipock of Washington, NC and Chris Buck of Washington, NC; and his brother Bobby Blackburn of Lumberton, NC. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and twenty five great-grandchildren.
