With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linwood Ben Jefferson Jr. of Washington, North Carolina, who passed away on October 17, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Linwood Ben Jefferson, Sr. and Thelma Gurganus Jefferson. He is survived by: his wife Maryanne Jefferson; his children, Shaun Jefferson of Washington and Rebecca Stowasser (Chris) of Virgina Beach; his sister Frances Beamon of Cedar Key, FL; his godson Henry Hamilton of Washington; his grandchildren, Garrett, Avery, Sophie and Mason; and his pets, Candy, Harley and Einstein.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Paul Funeral Home - Washington (900 John Small Ave, Washington, NC 27889). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
