He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert Waters and Carsie Gray Alligood Waters; and his siblings, Evelyn Godley and Jimmie Ray Waters. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Perry; his children, Brandy Lynn Wallace (Walt) of Washington and William Justin Waters (Katherine) of Washington; his grandchildren, Trey Robertson and Ashleigh Morgan Wallace; and his sisters, Linda Boyd (Travis) of Washington and Libby Polk (Robert) of Washington.
