He is survived by : his mother Dorothy Culick Kirby Altman of Tifton, GA; his children, Joseph Randolph Kirby, III (Lisa) of Weddington, NC and Brandy Kirby Shott (Mike) of Waxhaw, NC; his sister Susan Kirby Roe (Wayne) of Tifton, GA; and his grandchildren, Jackson Shott, Madison Shott, Mackenzie Kirby, Byrnne Kirby and Kennedy Shott.
