With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Azad Husnian (Waynesville, North Carolina), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Azad left this world on October 30, 2025 at the age of 91, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. In the vast expanse of eternity, Azad shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Azad farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parent Armenian; and his sister Sirouhie Marie (Siran). He is survived by: his wife Margaret Rose; and his children, Anita Wilt (Dan), Anne Gentry (Ed), David (Woei Yu) and Gary (Shelly). He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Wells Events & Reception Center (33 Wells Events Wy, Waynesville, NC 28786). A reception was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
