It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Elizabeth Clontz Reece (Waynesville, North Carolina), who passed away on January 16, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyd Clontz and Mollie Bolden Clontz; her husband Clyde Reece; and her brothers, Awyard, Norman and Cecil Clontz.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Sluder (Randy), Scott Reece (Wanda) and Gary Reece; and her grandchildren, Maegan Sorrells (Matthew), Kari Cragg (Preston), Travis Cragg (Jennifer), Shawn Singleton (Amanda), Tracy Helton (Dewayne), Misty House (Jeff), Nicholas Reece, Matthew Reece (Paige) and Bradley Reece. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; and many dear friends.
