He was predeceased by: his parents, Weaver Donaldson and Minnie Donaldson; and his siblings, Carroll, Harold, Weaver Donaldson, Dorothy Huckeby, Edith Mease and Wanda Mohler.
He is survived by: his wife Effie Grasty Donaldson; his siblings, Dean Donaldson (Freda) and Darlene Donaldson Gregg (Jerry); his siblings-in-law, Bill Grasty, Fred Grasty (June) and Mary Jo Grasty; and his nieces, Tracie Rhea and Cindy Shook.
Memorials may be made to Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Clyde, NC.
