He was predeceased by : his parents, Willie Price and Allie Price; his wife Helen Farley Price; his daughter Sharon Elaine Price; and his siblings, Ora Lee Ramsey, William Price, Paul Price, Roy Price, Robert Price, Faye Thompson, Mae Ferguson, Millie Lou Coward and Mary Mann.

He is survived by : his children, Joel Price (Keri) and Krissy Deaver (Charlie); his grandchildren, Allie Deaver and Grant Price; and his sisters, Jane Cordell, Edith Martone (Mike) and Martha Presnell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
