We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Sally Belle Ketner of Waynesville, North Carolina, born in Maggie Valley, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Cash Knight and Callie McGaha Knight; her husband Ernest Ketner; her sons-in-law, Ray Wyatt (Cookie) and Arthur Cooper (Dink); and her siblings, Mattie Killian, Nettie McElroy, Ruth Moody, Smith and Lewis Knight.
She is survived by : her daughters, Darlene Killian (James), Ernestine Wyatt of Maggie Valley and Phyllis Cooper of Waynesville; her grandchildren, Amie Wyatt and Shane Cooper; her stepgrandsons, Kenny and Barry Cooper; and her great grandchild Afton Bryan.
Sally's family would like to thank the staff of Haywood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for the care and kindness given to Sally during her time with you, especially during the Covid isolation when her family could not be with her.
Memorials may be made to the churches that were so kind to Sally, the First Baptist Church of Maggie Valley, Maggie United Methodist Church and Victory Baptist Church.
