He was predeceased by: his father James R. Reece; his brother James Darren Reece; and his grandparents, Elbert, Bonnie Reece, Walter W. and Celia J. Massie Russell.
He is survived by: his brother Doug; his mother Delma Sue Reece Caldwell of Waynesville; his brother Walter Douglas Reece (Sandra) of Balsam; and his pets, Missy and Marley. He is also survived by many aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
