He is survived by: his mother Ramona Barnard Southard; his wife Mary Ellen Southard; his children, Adam Lee Southard (Sarah) and Krystal Southard; his grandson Malachi Southard; his brothers, David Southard (Terri) and Tracy Southard; and his siblings' children, Gene and Janet Radford.
