He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Ray and Obera Silvers Ray. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Ray; his children, John Ray (Amy), Carrie Martin (Michael) and Melissa Odom (Jason); his brothers, Mike Ray (Holly) and Tommy Ray (Patsy); his grandchildren, Amber Wilson (Jason), Heather Bodford (Creston), Joanna Odom, Jason Odom, Isaac Ray, Michael Martin, Elijah Ray and Gabriel Martin; and his great grandchild Daisy Bodford.
