She was predeceased by: her father Sam Hensley; and her husband Charles "Charlie" Edward Duckworth. She is survived by: her children, Beckie Edwards (Lane Ponder) and Jason Duckworth (Shelia Fultz); and her grandchildren, Gregory and Carissa Duckworth. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
