She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John McCain and Helen McCain; her caregiver Corps; her husband Joseph Boone of Weaverville; her son Stephen Boone (Kerri) of Jellico, TN; her grandchildren, Riley and John Boone; her children, Melissa Collins (Jeremy) of Indian Trail, NC and Derrick Boone (Kate Van Poznak) of Brooklyn, NY; and her siblings, Carol Manley of Greenville, SC and Gary McCain (Linda) of Lockney, TX..
