She was predeceased by: her parents, Christum Gore and Juanita Neely Gore; and her husband Ronald D. Cook. She is survived by: her children, Christina Broadhead (Steven) of Utah and Ronny Cook of Asheville; her brothers, Michael Gore (Sonya) of West Virginia and Robert Gore of Texas; her brother-in-law David Cook (Sandra) of Weaverville; and her grandchildren, Michael Twitchen, Gage Broadhead (Alyssa) and Dane Broadhead. She is also survived by her cats, and was very proud of her family.
