With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kay Mizell Culbreth (Weddington, North Carolina), born in Blytheville, Arkansas, who passed away on June 7, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, James T. Mizell and Louise Graves; her husband Rex Culbreth; her stepfather Wayne Graves; her children, Kirstie Watts (Jeff Watts), Chip Halloran (Tricia Halloran), Scott Culbreth (Vicki Culbreth) and Amy Culbreth; her grandchildren, Zack Watts, Emily Watts, Hannah Culbreth, Hailey Culbreth, Will Halloran and Piper Halloran; her siblings, James T. Mizell Jr., Jamie Campbell, Randy Graves and John Culbreth; and her sister-in-law Pat Fenton. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Dementia Society of America.
