She was predeceased by : her parents, James L Penny and Marcelene Penny Ogburn. She is survived by : her husband Jake Taylor; her sons, Jeff Taylor (Lindsey Bledsoe Taylor) and Brant Taylor (Sara Cayatte); her grandchildren, Grayson, Bodie and Lilly; and her sister Linda Penny Smith.

In lieu of flowers, her wishes were for donations to be made to Chris Perri GoFundMe https: //http://www.gofundme.com who has two young kids and is currently battling Leukemia. Susan B Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer or Jimmy V Foundation are other alternatives.
