He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Ronald Wilkins (Teresa), Donald Wilkins (Judy), Timothy Wilkins (Vickie), Virginia Kirkpatrick and Betty Ray Keith (Carlton); and his close friend Debra Bland. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews.
