It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Hart (West Jefferson, North Carolina), who passed away on April 21, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hart and Adalene Stansberry Hart Gambill; and his sister Patsy Goodman. He is survived by: his wife Betty White Hart; his daughter Mary Elizabeth Rhinehardt of Grassy Creek; his grandchildren, Brittany Cline and Beth MacPherson (John); and also Ricky Oakley of Grassy Creek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
