He is survived by: his wife Ruth Miller Lewis; his sons, Chris Lewis of West Jefferson and Tim Lewis of Creston; and his siblings, Jack Lewis of West Jefferson, Edith Kemp Roten of West Jefferson and Ruth Ann Eldreth of Todd. He is also survived by 2 granddaughters, 3 grandsons, 2 great-grandsons, and several nieces and nephews.
