She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurmond Barker and Ilene Gilley Barker; her husband Haskell "Frog" Hartsog; her sisters, Arlene Creasman and Kathy Sapp; and her stepson Mike Hartsog.
She is survived by: her son Greg Ashley (Briana) of Warrensville; her grandchildren, Ethan Ashley, Maddison Houck and Matthew Houck; and her stepdaughters, Susan Fink of Albemarle and Leslie Osborne of West Jefferson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ashelawn Memorial Chapel (3470 U. S. Hwy 221 N, Jefferson, NC 28640).
