She was predeceased by : her grandparents, James, Beulah Ham, Walter and Mary Shaw; her aunt Sharon Hartsoe; and her uncles, Mark Ham and Jerry Hatley.
She is survived by : her husband Cody Guyton; her son Levi Guyton; and her parents, Karen Shaw (Tom Kimpel) and Mack Ham (Carla Johnson Ham).
