It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Osborne (West Jefferson, North Carolina), who passed away on May 28, 2018, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Osborne; and his siblings, William Osborne "Buck" of Millers Creek, Dean Osborne of Creston and Vergie Wilcox of Juno.
