He was predeceased by : his wife Esther Margaret Key Soto; his grandchildren, Kimberly Osborne and Berto Soto; and his great grandchild Hailey Houck. He is survived by : his children, Betty Lewis of West Jefferson, Joe Soto of Nottingham, PA and Dan Soto of Sugar Grove; his sisters, Rosa of Puerto Rico, Minerva of Puerto Rico, Nydia of Puerto Rico and Elba of Puerto Rico; his grandchildren, Crystal and Eric; and his great grandchildren, Jesse, Jada, Veronika, Kristi and Nathon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
