Joseph Stuart Barlow Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Joseph Stuart Barlow (West Jefferson, North Carolina). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hal Barlow and Marie Barlow; his children, David of West Jefferson and Rebecca Barlow-Potter; his grandchildren, Madison Potter, Paula McNeill and Jenny Francis; his pet Holly; and also, Laken Lyall, Kylie Walker, Brooklin Kahill, Riley McNeill, Bristol Lyall and Karen Barlow-Jordan. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19, viewing & funeral services will not occur at this time, however a celebration of his life will be planned for approximately April of 2021.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the organization Tunnel to Towers Foundation that helps support injured or deceased veterans, fire fighters and their surviving families.
