He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin P. Winstead and Pattie Webb Winstead; his wife Ruby Tedder Winstead; and his brother Robert W. Winstead. He is survived by: his daughter Janet Harper (Frank) of Whitakers; his grandchildren, Lisa Harper Menius (Luke) and Shea Spencer Harper (Deborah); and his great grandchildren, Harper Menius, Stella Menius and Gavin Harper.
