With solemn reverence, we commemorate James Earl Hill Jr. of Whiteville, North Carolina, whose life came to an end on June 1, 2025 at the age of 78, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Earl Hill and Annie Louise Thompson Hill; and his brother John Kenneth Hill. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Kay Haddock Hill; his children, James Earl Hill III (Tracey) of Blythewood, SC, Jesse Haddock Hill (Jessica) of Whiteville and Kalee Louise Hill of Whiteville; and his grandchildren, Jefferson Elijah Hill, Audrey Gray Hill, Anna Kay Hill and James Earl Hill IV.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McKenzie Mortuary (112 Jefferson St, Whiteville, NC 28472).
In lieu memorials may be made in Jim's memory to the Boys and Girls Homes of NC, 400 Flemington Drive, Lake Waccamaw, NC 28450.
