She is survived by: her husband Floyd Mason Fowler; her children, Richard Fowler (Meriam) of Whiteville, Rodney Fowler of Whiteville, Sharon Penny (Mitchell) of Whiteville and Bobbie Bailey (Bill) of Whiteville; her grandchildren, Kevin Penny, Patricia Duncan (Jeff), Sunny Etheridge (Charles), Josh Fowler (Savannah), Pam Gore (William), Tammy Pinyan (Randy), Nick Hayes, Karen Collins (Nick), D. J. Fowler, Dustin Fowler, Quinten Fowler, Brandon Fowler and Kaela Fowler; and her brother Bill Tompkins (Esther) of Tabor City. She is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren.
