She was predeceased by : her parents, Tommie Chavis and Mae Stocks Chavis; her husband Rudolph Inman; and her siblings, James Chavis, Don Chavis and Pearl Lee.

She is survived by : her daughters, Cherlene Inman Harrelson of Whiteville and Lisa Inman Ward (Danny) of Whiteville; her grandchildren, Courtney Lynn Harrelson (Patrick) and Benjamin Rudolph Harrelson (Anna); her great grandchildren, Payton Cox and Chesney Cribb; her brother Billy Chavis (Dawn) of Michigan; and her half-brother Ken Babson (Dee) of Florida.
