She was predeceased by : her parents, Otto Oscar Fipps, Sr. and Iva Mae Duncan Fipps; her husband Earl Emory McKeithan, Jr.; and her siblings, Iris Rose Fipps Thompson, Otto Oscar Fipps, Jr., Joseph Sylvon Fipps and Wilton McLean Fipps.
She is survived by : her daughters, Donna McKeithan Long (Edward), Leanne McKeithan Collart (William "Bill"), Susan McKeithan Alexander (Anthony Manzo) and Patricia McKeithan Taveras (David); her grandchildren, Eric Collart, Taylor Alexander, Joshua Collart, Jordan Payan, Storm Alexander, Justin Long and Alexandra Fulmore; and her great grandchildren, Easton Collart and Eman Haddad. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mary Alice's name to the American Cancer Society, 930 B Wellness Drive, Greenville, NC 27834.
