He is survived by: his parent Grover Shuler of Bryson City; his wife Janet Odiear Shuler; his sons, David Shuler (Stephanie) of Whittier and Danny Shuler (Janet) of Whittier; his grandchildren, Jade, Jordan, Clayton, Colton, Paylen and Raiden; and his siblings, Jerry Ann (Judy), Pam Ann, Norma Ann, Judy Ann (Chip) and Lee Ann (Kelly). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
