He was predeceased by : his parents, Clifford Toliver and Phoebe Toliver; his sister Betty Jo Toliver Andrews (Edsel); and his brother-in-law Harold Hoppers. He is survived by : his spouse Lou Reid Waddell Toliver; his daughters, Tami Osborne of Wilkesboro, Jackie Johnson (Keith) of Wilkesboro and Judy Foster (Steve) of Wilkesboro; his grandchildren, Jake, Anne Johnson of Apex, NC, Barrett, Meghan Foster of Raleigh, Colby, Channa Foster of Charlotte, Ryan Osborne and Maggie Caswell of Boone; and his siblings, Wanda Toliver Parsons (Bob), Jean Toliver Hoppers and Tommy Toliver (Mary). He is also survived by several great grandchildren and several beloved nieces and nephews.
