He is survived by : his siblings, Nancy James Stanley of North Wilkesboro, Gale Phyllis James of North Wilkesboro, Shirley Bryant Underwood of Frankfort, Kentucky, Goldie Bryant Tolbert of Frankfort, Kentucky, Janice Bryant Miley of Frankfort, Kentucky, Virginia Bryant Coubert of Frankfort, Kentucky, Thomas Bryant of Frankfort and James Bryant (Chun Cha) of Fort Lee, Virginia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
