She was predeceased by : her father Paul Lester Booher; and her brothers, John Booher and Paul Booher. She is survived by : her husband Danny Lewis Hayworth; her children, Dante Hayworth of Wilkesboro, Angela Adams (Brian) of Millers Creek, Wendy Trezzea Hurley (Dustin) of Millers Creek and Candice Orick (Jeremy) of Missouri; her siblings, Milton Booher of Florida, Michael Swaenepoel (Vivian) of Shelby, Robert Davis (Renee) of South Carolina and Pam Davis of Lake Wiley; her grandchildren, Jackson Kitson, Lona Kitson, Catherine Orick, Caiden Orick, Austin Adams and Lauren Blankenship (Dalton); and her great grandchild Travis Blankenship. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
