She is survived by: her son Timothy Justin Church (Jessica) of Mooresville; her granddaughter Amelia Church of Mooresville; her siblings, Dale Blevins (Debbie) of Taylorsville, Brian Blevins (Dee) of North Wilkesboro and Sheila Blevins Miller of North Wilkesboro; and her siblings' children, Chris Blevins (April) of Hays and Jennifer Sheets (Kenneth) of Wilbar.
