With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anita Gail Lee Haney (Willard, North Carolina), born in Gastonia, North Carolina, who passed away on June 7, 2019 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Calvin Lee and Lois Price Lee. She is survived by: her husband Willard Jason Haney; her son Kevin Brian Haney; her daughter-in-law Susan Horn Haney of Belmont; her granddaughter Katherine Haney Gibson (Wade Gibson) of Athens, GA; and her siblings-in-law, Janice Lee Watson, Buck Watson of Lincolnton, Brenda Lee Hudspeth and Bob Hudspeth of Concord.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Mrs. Haney be sent to First Baptist Church of Gastonia, 2650 Union Road, Gastonia, NC 28054.
