He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Daniel and Ann Schuzletulz Parrell. He is survived by: his children, Melissa P. Hoggard (Johnny) of Williamston and Christopher Parrell of Boston, MA; his sister Antoinette Parnell of Rochester, NY; his grandchildren, Kelly Bisson, Angela Knox, Austin Coletrain, Chelsea Hoggard, Kayla Hoggard and J. T. Hoggard; his great grandchildren, Haven Knox, Marcus Bisson, Malcom Bisson, Noah Bonds and Rachel Bonds; and his close friend Melissa Hoggard.
No formal service is planned due to COVID-19 restrictions.
